Maybe you don't understand what his legs do for the passing game.

He definitely has some hot and cold moments, but overall he's been terrific for a player getting his 5th start.

But don't underestimate the adjustments a defense must make to contain a mobile QB like him. He's a weapon even if he rarely runs the ball.
