That's nonsense! Literally every person I know and every Big 12 talking head acknowledges that after losing OU and Texas, BYU was the biggest most high profile addition of the 4 new teams. I think generally the consensus is that all 4 were by far the best available choices and Cincy is the winner of the "what have you done for me lately" award since they've been good for a couple of years. Their entire history or even their record the last 20 years doesn't compare with BYU. Believe me, BYU is the biggest get of the 4 new teams and there's nobody that doesn't think so, even the haters like this guy you're referencing. Look, this dork is in Atlanta which means he's an SEC homer trying to downplay the fact that the Big 12 expansion turned out to be a positive thing.
