I’ve seen people complain about the cost of BYU housing, but my BYU days were by far the cheapest housing I’ll ever live in.
This seems to be one of those “it’s over inflated, but honestly fairly affordable compared to other areas” type of complaints.

It's the compiled rent for each apt that gets crazy. Say a student pays $450/mo & shares with 6 other people.
