Most areas in Provo and Orem are zoned for 3 singles and most decent houses rent
for $2,000 plus so costs generally won't go down but quality will go up. I am sure many students will try to put more people in these houses which will create zoning issues.

It's the compiled rent for each apt that gets crazy. Say a student pays $450/mo & shares with 6 other people.
