I'm not disregarding them, I'm saying the marginal value of the expected points

gained from going for it outweighed the risk. As others have pointed out we are only getting 10.5 possessions a game. Choosing to give up possession (punt) at that spot in the field already half way through a game where we are behind is the wrong decision. Possessions are too valuable, and the marginal value of points is huge when already behind.

They both are use to playing "slow". But I 100% agree you would think they would both have more of a sense

I liked the aggressiveness, just not the play call. A slow developing sweep wasn't good.
