Your point makes sense. But your point doesn't need to be tied to the tragic events around the murder of Aaron Lowe to be valid. So in order to not come across as insensitive, which I know is not your intent, why not just edit your post so that it's not tied to a specific recent example that is weighing heavy on the hearts of so many.
