At least you are popular and live close to family to celebrate 4 Halloweens
That's my glass half full approach. Some poor schmuck in the military the last 20 years has probably been out of country for 10 of the last 20 of his Halloweens, and kid's birthdays, and Christmas.
But yes, 4 is a bit much.
