Depends on what you mean by 3-4. 3 D Linemen doesn’t = 3 downlinemen
Tuiaki typically plays with 3 D linemen but adds a 4th potential down lineman that is a linebacker making a read. Not the same as typically they’re undersized and that’s why offenses have been able to bulldoze the side the linebacker likes up on. Too easy.
