I may get flak for this, but injuries on defense can partially be attributed to
the defense being on the field for so long. Yes, injuries happen all the time in football, but you obviously increase your chances of injury the more plays you have to make on the field. And of course you can't pin point injuries to one aspect of football, but to me, this is a big one.
