How much would you say is generous? $45?

I'd be willing to pay $25 or $30 even. But when I have a kid asking me to pay him $45 for pretty much 35 minutes of work....that feels less like generosity and more like he's just bilking people.

$45 is probably the going rate for your area. Also, he isn’t mowing lawns 8 hrs
