I don't think it's unrealistic to expect to compete in just about every B12 contest right out of the gate. But being competitive in games doesn't equate to having a winning record. The past few years, OK State and Cincy are playing as well as they ever have in the history of their program. Those will be tough games. Iowa State, Kansas State, and Texas Tech are all tough outs on their home field.

I suspect we'll win MOST of our conference home games and lose MOST of our conference road games. We'll be around .500. If you're expecting something better than that, you are likely in for some disappointment.
