Saw some dude speeding to get ahead of a line of traffic. When he did, he hit
his brakes and slowed them all down. Then he did it a second time.
I managed to maneuver my way in front of him a mile or two down the road, and did it to him. HE WAS NOT HAPPY.
he followed me all the way to the police station, and then he realized I drove to the police station.
