that is on the RB TD run, we are talking about the Dart run, where Tooley basically hits Dart, stops his motion, but
cannot finish the tackle because our lineman basically chop blocked him.
But yes, that other play should have been called back for holding, if you watch it from the three angle ESPN uses, you can even see his waist band 'snap' back when the player finally loses grip. And the ref saw it all.
