My guess is people call him in bad circumstances and really have no idea just how expensive his tows cost. When hit with
the bill, and no way or even refusal to pay, he suggests or helps them get creative.
Many of the tows that show up in the channel have to be several $k or more.

I would definitely negotiate a deal. Some of them, especially the ones outside of the Sand Hollow area are at least 3
