the second longest tenured coaches in the NCAA. Kalani has had two good seasons and has been head coach for six years. As far as success goes Whittingham has won at a 67.6% clip and Kalani at a 63.1%.
Kalani deserves a raise, but not to Whitt's level, in order to keep him but what the gap is nobody truly knows as Kalani's salary is an unknown. The tenure of Whittingham creates a gap that should partially remain, unless you are matching another offer that is similar to Whitt's.
