Interviewing doesn't mean he's taking the job...
He'd be dumb not to interview... Pay raises are all about leverage and marketability. Does he have either? Absolutely, he's on the verge of being 22-3 over the last two years, BYU just got an invite into the BIG12 where the average head coach is getting paid right around $4 million, he's currently only making around $1.5 million a year, and now he'll have a potential offer from Oregon setting his value in the market. Is he going to leave if Oregon offers more money? Not necessarily. It's not all about money. That said, is BYU going to have to pony up some additional cash for both him and his staff? 100% yes... EVERYONE is about to get paid, or you're going to see Kalani and team coaching somewhere else very soon.
