Florida and Tennessee. At different points in time, Auburn, LSU, South Carolina and Georgia have all been the standard bearers for the SEC. For the last 10 years it's been Bama and somone else, rarely the same team twice in a row. When Saban leaves, another team will likely fill that Bama spot at the top of the conference.
The only real consistency in the SEC (aside from the Tide) is what teams are at the bottom year in and year out.
