His first (and only) win was against the defending champs
Given that it's fairly rare for a rookie to beat the defending champs anyway (teams will normally only have 1-3 games against rookie QBs to begin with, rookie QBs are normally on bad teams and the defending champs are normally good teams), I wouldn't be surprised if that was a first.
