In-laws have given 0% loans a couple of time. We paid them all back
They were glad to help and we were grateful
I have helped my kids, but they have also helped us. They should inherit from $500k to $1M when we finally kick the bucket. While that sounds like a lot. It won’t buy a house in many parts of the country. If I had the money I would just buy them all houses now so that they could get the increase in value over time
