if you're going 2 divisions, there have to be equal number of TX schools,

in your 4 pod set up, you need a TX school in at least 3 of them, and maybe all 4. TX is such a key recruiting ground that just playing once in TX is not enough, you want to have one in your pod that will be every year, and then another one or two in the other pods. I think having one in your pod makes it a closer relationship with that area of Texas. you never want even one year you're not playing somebody in the state.
