but on your diet can you still drink "sugar free" or the zero sodas like Coke Zero, etc?

HCBW and I have found walking at night to be great for health and our marriage.

If you can walk, you can run. It's simple and effective. Way better than walking if you want results. Gyms suck.

It's a vice I've not yet given up. For now it's helping keep me good on all else... but I'm not chugging it all the time
