I intend to as well but realize how difficult that is. I lost 60 lbs a few years

back and then gained it all back over the subsequent 8 years. It is a constant battle.

HCBW and I have found walking at night to be great for health and our marriage.

If you can walk, you can run. It's simple and effective. Way better than walking if you want results. Gyms suck.
