I'm an all too frequent chugger. Typically 4-5 cans of DP or Coke Zero a day

If I'm not chugging a can I'll head to Quench It or Maverick for a 52 oz bladder spladder.

I gotta quit, but I'm terrified of the week plus long migraines for me that ensue. With my family, work, school and church schedules I can't afford to be out of commission for longer than a day.

HCBW and I have found walking at night to be great for health and our marriage.

If you can walk, you can run. It's simple and effective. Way better than walking if you want results. Gyms suck.
