Kiffin leaves whenever he gets a better opportunity... but he keeps getting better opportunities because he succeeds
Dart doesn't need Kiffin to build a program for a decade and leave it in a great place (which is what fans want). Dart needs to have a great season or two and then go to the NFL
If Kiffin were to leave Ole Miss after 2022, it would mean that Ole Miss (and by extension, Dart) had an extremely impressive 2022. If Kiffin were to leave after 2023...well, Ole Miss fans would be frustrated, but it wouldn't affect Dart since he'd also be leaving by then.
