True, but Kiffin offense at TN was massively improved, even if the team wasn't
Kiffin took a senior with a disappointing career (50% completion rate and a 9:9 TD:INT rate), and turned him into a 58% guy with a better than 2:1 TD:INT ratio who threw for the 3rd most TDs in Tennessee history and was drafted in the 5th round and stuck around the NFL for a couple years.
The team was mediocre, yes, but the passing offense exploded under him. I'm sure Dart would prefer his defense to hold up their end of the bargain, but ultimately his draft stock isn't going to depend on how well the defense plays.
