I think injuries were used as an excuse. I think he could have played through them. He clearly was pulled against
Washington St and was upset on the sideline. Then he missed a whole bunch of time after that...maybe the rest of the season?
Again I am not saying he wasn't injured, just that he was capable of playing and it wouldn't surprise me if he decided to shut it down because he was upset.
