Develop. If I was a good but not great guard coming out of HS, I’d be tempted to turn down scholarships from big schools to go get playing time and then transfer over later. The Transfer portal is quickly changing college basketball

The problem is those guys stillcount against the 13. So you keep any of them, it gets harder to address your other
