we got ourselves an Ashworth level player in Hansen or Stewart.

Cuz they'll make us look pretty good next year if we do.

Then again, if Ashworth were to put himself in the portal after the season — are you suggesting that Pope SHOULDN'T try to pick him up???

He immediately fills two needs by giving us a solid PG & solid scorer. Btw, that's the only type of PG I see Pope being interested in, in the Portal. For some of the reasons you state, but also because of our limited schollies, I think Pope would sign an AB type & quality of PG (which I'd consider Ashworth), but not another pure PG of the type & quality of Te'Jon.
