conversation, I first talked about and asked about doctorate programs. The comment was that their focus was making the masters programs great before they even think about trying to get into doctorates. But, likely would happen in about 20 years (so sometime in the next 15 now). Then I asked about football. Comment was that unless it was proven that it would benefit the school (interpret as $$$) they wouldn't do it. They already have a large enrollment of students and it would be a big drain on the university. They did not think it would ever happen.
