If you're a coach who wants to keep your job, and your kid is the best player, you take off your "parent" hat, put on your "coach" hat, and go out and get your kid to join your team.
If Kalani Sitake had a five-star QB son, would you want him to tell his kid to go play for Nick Saban so he can get some different perspective?
