Clubs. Most clubs are attached to high schools so they can do the dirty work. Every year kids transfer to schools based on where they play club. If they play for a certain club and they're good I guarantee you they are being pushed towards that high school. Lots of over promise under deliver going on. I could tell you right now who does it and which High School coaches are involved. I've been in plenty of pissing matches with High School coaches recruiting my players. It's always deny deny deny but then you talk to the kid and they tell you a different story. I literally had to recruit my own kids from the 6th grade on. I also never lost anyone.
Absolutely can't stand most clubs and club coaches. I do both and I can tell you coaching club is a cake walk compared to coaching high school.
