Francis Bernard, whom I met previously when he was at BYU. He would remember me. He was waiting to board with his wife and two kids, just standing there doing nothing. He wasn't on his phone, he wasn't talking to his wife, he was merely holding a child and waiting his turn. As we walked by and I noticed him, I walked over and said hello, quickly reintroduced myself (not expecting him to remember me out of context) complimented him on his family and wished him well in the NFL. He was all smiles.
I didn't expect to have a conversation, wasn't going to hang out and talk football, didn't plan on anything other than a passing greeting and well wishes.
Those that want to engage, discuss, chat, take selfies, pat on the back, and otherwise take someone out of their normal cadence of life, then that's a problem.
