I've had them for about two years and taken care not to scratch them. They have been great and it is still the case that nothing sticks to them.

Costco sells the T-Fal 5.5 qt frying pan for $20. I see them as good for 2 years

Just buy cheap non stick - they all wear out. You also may be doing things that decrease the life, such as:

My favorite is Ninja Foodi neverstick. I got just the 5 quart saute pan.
