(Or flat if you don’t have gas stove top) I use it for almost everything. Season it and cook hot, quick and cleans easy. I love it. 25-35 dollars and will last for years.

Our ceramic pan is about a year old and still good and non-sticky, but it cooks way hotter than old our non-stick pandid

Costco sells the T-Fal 5.5 qt frying pan for $20. I see them as good for 2 years

Just buy cheap non stick - they all wear out. You also may be doing things that decrease the life, such as:

Underrated pan. Less usable for kitchen stoves that can't produce enough heat,

My favorite is Ninja Foodi neverstick. I got just the 5 quart saute pan.
