Torque wrenches are vastly more useful than just lugnuts. You can just make lugnuts snug with a tire iron, and that's good enough

Anti-sieze changes the applied torque and could cause broken lugs.

You should have multiple torque wrenches. Lugs, oil pan plug and many more

Agree with owning a torque wrench, but I never torque oil pan plugs. That one is just a feel thing.
