Anti-sieze changes the applied torque and could cause broken lugs.
Check your manufacturer's recommendations first. For my Toyota, they say don't put anything on the lugs.

And yet their lugs are notorious for rusting and freezing the lugnuts on.

You should have multiple torque wrenches. Lugs, oil pan plug and many more

Agree with owning a torque wrench, but I never torque oil pan plugs. That one is just a feel thing.
