If you infrequently work on your cars, then don't spend a lot of money on them.
You can usually get a cheap (non-digital) one on sale at Harbor Freight for $25, and they work just fine if you don't use them frequently. If you are more serious about working on your vehicles, and will use a torque wrench more frequently, then you should consider buying a nicer digital torque wrench. Any decent garage should have a 3/8" and a 1/2" torque wrench.
