Jasen AhYou was a big help in getting that department improved. And his replacements have been doing a great job so far too.

Sometimes people throw out a complaint about BYU, then it gets perpetuated, and then people believe it's gospel truth. This is one of those. Most of the BYU coaches shower the recruits they have offered with tremendous amounts of attention and love. They roll out the red carpet. Our recruiting coordinator (since AhYou) has been much better. The visits are much more organized now. The recruits and their families rarely say anymore that they just didn't feel like BYU was interested in them.

Yes it was a clown show at times in the past, but the past 2-3 recruiting classes have been managed way, way better.
