A friend of mind and his wife sold around time market started to heat up.

They moved back into mom and dad place so they could travel and see the world. Price and interest rate continue to climb….last I heard they are still living at moms and dads because they now can’t afford the same type of townhome they sold. Granted, mom and dad has a really nice walkout basement. So i don’t feel to bad for them.
