My HCBW's step sister is in a similar situation. They sold, but can't afford to

get into anything. They are having to live out on my father in law's property outside Gainesville, quite a ways from where they work, until things slow down.

I think they sold early in the upswing as well, so while they got more than otherwise, I don't think it was anywhere near the top. It will be a long time before they can get back into anything.
