I'm guessing Oregon and Washington try to follow USC/UCLA to the B1G, and I
think those are the only 2 schools from the P12 that the B1G would seriously entertain also accepting. Could also see Stanford being added w/ the hope that they could add ND as #20 down the road.

That leaves the other 7/8 schools hoping to go elsewhere. It's very possible the Big 12 adds 2-4 of the schools, though the question is which 4. Conventional wisdom would be Arizona, Arizona St, Colorado, and Utah. Looking at it from a "value add" standpoint I would think Arizona St should be the #1 target followed by Stanford (should they not go to Big Ten). Utah, Colorado, and California would be next on the list all with similar value. Arizona would be the clear #6 option.

That being said, if Washington, Oregon, and Stanford all ended up in Big Ten then I would guess the top 2 targets for the Big 12 would be Arizona St and Colorado. Arizona State would be the obvious top choice for expansion and it's not even really debatable. Assuming Stanford isn't available then I think the target for team #14 would likely be Colorado. If the Big 12 were to go to 16 then Utah and Cal would be the 2 next best options from a financial standpoint, though it wouldn't surpise me in the slightest if Arizona were to get the nod over Cal.
