No way UW, UO to ACC
The travel would be crazy, the cultural ties are zero. And would the ACC allow UW and UO to stay outside of the 2036 grant of rights? The current ACC members would have to be crazy to elevate UW and UO above the current members. So, UW and UO would have to agree to be tied down for 14 years.
No way, UW or UO even think about this.
