Ok, just last I checked Utah was ahead in Math, Physics, Chemistry, CompSci, Engineering, Bio, History, English...
Earth Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, Econ and Political Science. Plus, of course all the medical related-stuff.
But BYU is ahead for sure in Law, Business, Education and Public Affairs
My point there was ideally to avoid getting into this and just realizing that both schools have some sort of argument for grad programs. But that for undergraduate it isn't debatable

So your argument is that BYU just doesn't do STEM grad? That's kind of an argument against strong graduate school
