All of those are tiny grad programs at BYU with no more than a few grad students
in each one. It's similar to saying Utah has a better medical program than BYU. (not really a comparison since BYU doesn't have a medical school) BYU beats Utah every time in larger grad programs at the school. (MBA, Law, and MACC)
BTW the handful of students in the grad programs you listed are typically much smarter and more capable than their Utah counterparts.
