Keep moving the goal posts, you stated
In most objective polls with outside perspective, Utah is consistently ranked higher than other schools with similar records, and yet when I showed you schools that were ranked higher than Utah in 2019, with similar records or even worse records, you change your story to, but those are schools that are now in the P2 or elite of the Big 12. That isn't what you stated.

Let's take a look at the final polls the last 7 year time frame you threw out. I didn't rank 2020 because it wasn't fair to Utah because the pac played the fewest games in college football that year. So as you are pointing out, let's just rank Big 12 against Utah. Just so there isn't any mistake here, we are just comparing similar records and rankings, not the Big 12 teams that had better records and were ranked higher.

2021:
Utah record 10-4 ranking 12
Kansas St 9-4, ranking 18

2019
Utah 11-3 rank 16
Baylor 11-3 rank 13

2018
Utah 9-5 rank 29
West Virginia 8-4 rank 20

2017
Utah 7-6 not ranked (no surprise)
Iowa St. 8-4 rank 28, both West Virginia and Texas 7-6 not ranked (also no surprise)

2016
Utah 9-4 rank 23
Kansas St 9-4 rank 26

2015
Utah 10-3 rank 17
Baylor 10-3 rank 13
Ok St 10-3 rank 20

So based on this 2 times in the last 7 years has Utah been ranked higher than a team from the Big 12 with the same or worse record. Doesn't look like that Utah prestige is carrying any weight from voters with outside perspectives.

Again saying the voters is the most objective way to measure true brand value is biased at best, the voters vote for the teams in the conferences they cover. So again tell me how objective it is when Josh Furlong, the Utah beat writer, usually voted Utah 5-10 spots higher on his ballot than most other voters?
