In my fantasy world NFL partners with college football to create a new, fair structure and introducing relegation
with two tiers of teams. Everyone gets a fair share of the pie, with some bonuses for being in tier 1. NIL caps for every team rigidly enforced by the NFL. Winners of each conference in tier 2 get promoted to tier 1. Losers of each tier 1 conference get relegated. That would just be sweet.
