I partially disagree...Utah got more popular IN Utah; people in Washington did
not become Utah fans. The "base" of fans got bigger for Utah b/c a lot of people jumped on the bandwagon.
Washington Huskies fans may have stayed more engaged if they had won more the last decade, but they did hire a "hot" coach and make the playoff in that timeframe and still saw their fanbase declining.
