Same here. My wife also put an end to inviting other families to watch games
with us, because she always felt obligated to sit in another room and talk with the other Moms. She wants to watch the freaking game.
On our first date my wife asked me who I thought the better QB was: Manning or Brady (this was back in the early-2000's, when this was still debatable). She then analyzed my response. I was 100% hooked on her from that moment, but it took me another 10 months to convince her that my sports acumen was worthy of her family.
