What’s the worst injury you’ve had and why was it the worst?

Mine: broken ankle that required surgery. It was incredibly frustrating to not have mobility for months. The pain was bad, but not worse than other broken bones, etc. The lack of mobility and worry about not regaining full mobility was the worst part.
