The bruising started at my knee. Not to age my self but it still hurts and is swollen 24/7. This happened in 1990. The PT department at Utah Valley Hospital at the time said it was the worst ankle injury they had ever seen. Nothing broken just absolutely destroyed everything in it.

After my mission I decided to have surgery to try and repair/strengthen it. The three main ligaments on the outside of the ankle were completely gone so a crack in the sidewalk would cause me to roll. The surgeon got done and said he basically rigged my ankle together the best he could.
